摘要
教考分离是近年来高校教学改革的一个趋势,有利于教学管理部门的监督管理和对教学效果的有效评估.传统的教考合一,存在考试信息容易泄露、部分教师教学不认真、学生学习应付的弊端,教考分离有利于良好教风、学风的形成,但也会影响教师工作的主动性和创造性,在实施中要充分考虑教师的情绪和利益,降低阻力.教考分离的实施,最核心的问题是建立完善的题库,使得题库能与时俱进删补试题并实现试题随机抽取.教考分离,与教评分离结合,能取得较好的监管效果,提高教学质量.
The separation of teaching and examination is a trend of the teaching reform in colleges and universities in recent years,which is beneficial to the supervision and management of the teaching management department and the effective evaluation of the teaching effect. In the traditional combination of teaching and examination,there exist the disadvantages that the information of the examination is easy to leak,some teachers are not serious in teaching,and students muddle through.the study. The separation of teaching and examination is beneficial to the formation of a good teaching style and study style,but it also affects the initiative and creativity of teachers. In the implementation,teachers’ emotions and interests should be fully considered,and the resistance should be reduced. In the implementation of the separation of teaching and examination,the most crucial problem is to establish a perfect question bank,which can be updated constantly and can realize the random selection of the examination questions. Separation of teaching and examination,combined with separation of teaching and evaluation,can achieve better supervision effect and improve teaching quality.
