摘要
中药材在种植、采收、加工以及贮藏等过程中可能因处理不当被真菌毒素污染,从而影响中药质量以及危害用药人群健康。迄今越来越多的研究发现,真菌毒素的出现往往具有组合性,即一种中药材可能被几种真菌毒素同时污染,因此建立可同时检测多种真菌毒素的分析方法备受关注,对中药中真菌毒素的检测和监测具有重大意义。通过对近年来应用最广泛的液相色谱-串联质谱法(Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)同时检测中药中多种真菌毒素的研究进展进行总结,包括多种真菌毒素污染状况、易污染中药品种、样品前处理方法及其适用范围和优缺点等,并展望未来的发展方向,从而为中药材中多种真菌毒素同时检测的相关研究提供参考。
Chinese medicinal materials are more prone to be contaminated by mycotoxins due to improper handling during planting,harvesting,processing and storage.The contaminated Chinese medicinal materials will affect the quality of traditional Chinese medicines and endanger the health of the people who use them.So far,more and more studies have found that the appearance of mycotoxins is often combinatorial,that means several mycotoxins may be contaminated at the same time.Therefore,the development of analytical methods that can determine multiple mycotoxins at the same time has attracted much attention,which is of great significance for the detection and monitoring of mycotoxins in Chinese medicine.This article reviewed the research progress of the most widely used liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method for simultaneous determination of multiple mycotoxins in Chinese medicine in recent years was summarized,including contamination status,varieties often contaminated,sample pretreatment methods and their characteristics and application scope,etc.Meanwhile,the perspectives for future research were indicated to serve as reference.
