N,N-二乙基对苯二胺比色法测量水中消毒剂ClO_(2)不确定度评定 被引量:3

摘要 二氧化氯是一种速效、广谱、低毒的消毒剂,活化后会产生强效的氧化作用,对细菌、病毒、藻类和真菌等微生物均有杀灭作用,且不产生抗药性和致癌物。分析DPD比色法测量水中消毒剂二氧化氯含量的试验过程,并依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059.1—2012)进行试验的不确定度评定,确定试验的主要不确定度来源是标准样品配置、吸光度值分辨率量化误差和重复性测量。合成相对标准不确定度为0.03583。取扩展因子k=2,95%置信概率,测量水中ClO_(2)质量浓度的扩展不确定度为0.022μg·mL^(-1)。 Chlorine dioxide is a quick-acting, broad-spectrum, low-toxicity disinfectant. After activation, it will produce a strong oxidation effect and kill bacteria, viruses, algae, fungi and other microorganisms without producing drug resistance and carcinogenic substance. The test process of measuring the chlorine dioxide content of disinfectants in water by DPD colorimetry was analyzed, and the uncertainty evaluation of the test according to "Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Representation"(JJF1059.1—2012) was carried out, and it was determined that the main uncertainty source of the test was standard sample configuration, absorbance value resolution quantification error and repeatability measurements. The composite relative standard uncertainty was 0.035 83.Taking the expansion factor k=2 and the 95% confidence probability, the expanded uncertainty of measuring the ClO_(2)mass concentration in water was 0.022 μg·mL^(-1).
