摘要
目的评定分光光度法测定甲醛吸收液中二氧化硫的不确定度。方法依照JJF 1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立数学模型,计算各不确定度分量和合成不确定度。结果样品重复测量引入的不确定度0.27%;标准曲线配制过程中引入的不确定度0.40%;标准曲线的绘制及拟合引入的不确定度0.20%;仪器设备测量中引人的不确定度0.35%;合成相对标准不确定度为0.63%,扩展不确定度为0.008 mg/L。结论分光光度法测定甲醛吸收液中二氧化硫含量结果的不确定度主要来源为标准曲线配制过程中引入的不确定度。
Objective To establish a spectrophotometric evaluation method for determining sulfur dioxide uncertainty in formaldehyde absorption fluid.Methods According to JJF 1059—2012,Evaluation and representation of measurement Uncertainty,establish a mathematical model to calculate each uncertainty component and synthetic uncertainty.Results The uncertainty introduced by repeated measurement is 0.27%;the standard curve preparation is 0.40%;the standard curve drawing and fitting is 0.20%;the instrument measurement is 0.35%;the synthetic relative standard uncertainty is 0.63%,and the extended uncertainty is 0.008 mg/L.Conclusion This method is suitable for measuring the uncertainty assessment of sulfur dioxide in formaldehyde absorption fluid.
