摘要
目的对伞形科当归属药用植物东当归花的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、制备液相色谱等分离方法对东当归花进行化学成分分离,得到的单体化合物用波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果从东当归花乙酸乙酯层分离得到16个单体,分别是芹菜素(1)、香叶木素(2)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-O-β-龙胆双糖苷(4)、山奈素-3-O-a-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、kanferol-3-O-a-L-(4″-E-p-cumaroil)-raminoside(6)、platanoside(7)、佛手柑内酯(8)、trans-E-3-burylikidene-4,5,6,7-tetrahydm-6,7-dihydmxy-I(3H)-isobenzojiuranone(9)、洋川芎内酯H(10)、洋川芎内酯I(11)、原儿茶酸(12)、没食子酸(13)、5-反式香豆酰基奎宁酸(14)、1-十二醇(15)、β-谷甾醇(16)。结论化合物4、6、7、14为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~3、5为首次从该植物中分离。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the flower of Angelica acutiloba(Sieb.et Zucc)Kitagawa.Methods The constituents were separated and purified by normal silica gel,reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and preparation HPLC,and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses.Results Sixteen compounds were finally obtained from the ethanol extract of the flower of Angelica acutiloba.and the structures were identified as apigenin(1),diosmetin(2),quercetin-3-O-glucopyranoside(3),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-7-O-β-gentiobioside(4),kaempferol-3-a-L-rhamnoside(5),kanferol-3-O-a-L-(4″-E-p-cumaroil)-raminoside(6),platanside(7),bergapten(8),trans-E-3-burylikidene-4,5,6,7-tetrahydm-6,7-dihydmxy-I(3H)-isobenzojiuranone(9),senkyunolide H(10),senkyunolide I(11),protocatechuic acid(12),gallic acid(13),5-p-trans-coumaroylquinic acid(14),1-dodecanol(15),andβ-sitosterol(16),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 4,6,7 and 14 were was firstly isolated from the genus Angelica L.and compounds 1-3 and 5 were firstly isolated from this plant.
