摘要
调查表明,大学与中学思政课一体化建设存在教师能力素质失衡,跨学段教学接力不力,教研的实效性和创新性不足,教学评价缺乏系统性整体性导向等现象。为此,要加强政策指引和制度建设,以“一体化”思维优化教师专业素养,打造教学沟通矩阵、构建教学共同体,推动教学与科研的融合。发挥教学评价的牵引作用,激发教师探索思政课一体化教学的内生动力。
The survey shows that there are some problems in the integrated construction of Ideological and political courses in universities and middle schools,such as the imbalance of teachers’ability and quality,the weak relay of inter academic teaching,the lack of effectiveness and innovation of teaching and research,and the lack of systematic and holistic guidance of teaching evaluation.Therefore,we should strengthen policy guidance and system construction,optimize teachers’professional quality with"integration"thinking,build teaching communication matrix and teaching community,and promote the integration of teaching and scientific research.Give play to the traction role of teaching evaluation,and stimulate teachers to explore the endogenous driving force of integrated teaching of Ideological and political courses.
