摘要
将本体应用于政府信息组织中,可以增强政府机构之间信息的沟通与共享,对提供用户友好的、高效而准确的政府信息服务有重要意义。论文分析了目前政府信息公开目录的分类情况及问题,对其进行调整,运用本体的理论和方法通过protégé5.5.0进行政府信息本体构建,建立起以主题分类为主,体裁分类、组织机构分类、服务对象分类为辅的政府信息公开目录体系,利用该目录体系构建本体并对其进行展示。
The application of ontology in government information organization can enhance the communication and sharing of information between government agencies and help to provide user-friendly,efficient and accurate government information services.This paper analyzes the classification and problems of the current government information openness catalog,and adjusts it.The ontology theory and methods are used to construct the government information ontology through protégé5.5.0.It establishes a government information disclosure directory system which is mainly based on subject classification and supplemented by genre classification,organization classification and service object classification,and uses the directory system to build ontology and display it.
