摘要
本体是较为有效的知识组织方式。文章从本体在政府信息资源组织中的作用出发,结合我国政府信息资源特点,提出政府业务流程和主题词表相结合的领域本体构建依据,明晰了领域本体的构建步骤,并运用本体组织的理论和相关方法,对宁波市发改委政府公开信息领域本体进行了模拟构建。
Ontology is a relatively effective way for knowledge organization. The paper discusses the roles of ontology in government information organization, provides the basis for domain ontology construction which combines government business process with the thesaurus, gives the building steps of domain ontology, and constructs the domain ontology of public information for Ningbo Municipal Development and Reform Commission.
