摘要
档案信息的知识化利用是以用户为中心、以需求为导向,通过档案知识积累、档案知识化组织以提供档案知识服务。本文以档案信息知识化利用为目标,以档案信息的知识元化、知识组织、知识化利用为思路对其提出了几点思考。文章分别论述了档案资源的知识元化、知识化组织框架、知识化组织的具体实现,并通过对档案知识化利用的探索模式现状进行分析,提出档案知识化利用的实现路径。
Knowledgeable use of archive information is user-centric and demand-oriented, providing knowl- edge services through the accumulation of archives. With the aim of knowledgeable use of archive informa- tion, this paper puts forward some thoughts about knowledge cell, knowledge organization and knowledge u- tilization. This paper discusses the implementation of knowledge cell, the framework of knowledgeable orga- nization, specific ways of knowledge-based organization implementation, and proposes the implementation path of achieving knowledge utilization by analyzing the status of archive knowledge utilization.
