摘要
研究生心理危机的发生有着复杂的原因。通常来说,个体心理健康素质是危机发生的根本原因,客观环境是重要原因,负面的具体事件或场景则是直接诱因。导师作为预防和干预研究生心理危机不可或缺的力量,应当落实立德树人的职责,树立生命至上的理念,实施系统干预;抓住关键节点,做到及时妥善处置;增强沟通协调能力,保障有效预防和干预。对此,导师要自觉强化心理健康教育意识,主动提升相关能力;学校要全面构建导师能力提升平台,充分发挥导师心理育人作用。
There are complex reasons for the occurrence of postgraduates’ psychological crisis, in which individual mental health quality is the fundamental reason, objective environment is the important reason, and negative specific events or scenes are the direct inducement. As an indispensable force of preventing and intervening the psychological crisis, tutors should implement the responsibility of fostering virtue through education, establish the life-first concept to implement systematic intervention, grasp key nodes to deal with them timely and properly, enhance communication and coordination ability to ensure effective prevention and intervention. In this regard, tutors should consciously strengthen the awareness of mental health education and actively improve their ability. Universities should comprehensively build a platform for improving the ability of tutors and give full play to tutors’ role in fostering talents through psychological education.
