摘要
导师对学生的学习能力和实际工作水平有清晰的了解和定位,能对学生今后的工作方向和岗位作出较为准确客观的预测。这对研究生的择业期望值的准确树立以及发展方向的客观定位都将起到不可忽视的重要作用。
The supervisor usually has a clear understanding of the postgraduates＇ academic and practical abilities and can fairly well predict the postgraduates＇ suitable position in the future work, which can play a key role in helping orient the postgraduates＇ employment and development.
