摘要 文章以鄂州市花马湖北侧产业园区等配套基础设施工程为工程背景,首先阐述了传统木模板施工和步履式模板台车施工的工艺要点,主要从质量、工期、成本等方面对小尺寸管廊步履式模板台车施工工艺和传统木模板施工工艺进行对比,分析两种工艺的优劣,总结台车工艺存在的不足,为后续推广步履式模板台车,提高管廊施工质量提供经验借鉴。 Based on the engineering background of supporting infrastructure projects such as the industrial park on the north side of Huama Lake in Ezhou City, this paper first expounds the key technical points of traditional wood formwork construction and walking formwork trolley construction. It compares the walking formwork trolley construction technology in small-sized pipe gallery with the traditional wood formwork construction technology mainly from the aspects of quality, construction period, cost, etc., analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes,and summarizes the shortcomings of the trolley technology,which provides experience for the subsequent promotion of the walking formwork trolley and the improvement of pipe gallery construction quality.
