摘要
四川省宜宾市污水设施建设工程建设中,使用了一种管道整体移动型可调节撑板支护台车,该台车可整体移动周转利用,避免反复拆装和搬运,大大提高了施工效率,保证施工安全和质量,并且利用电气系统调节撑板宽度和高度,具有较强适应性,综合效益显著。针对该方法原理、施工方案设计、经济效益进行了详细研究与说明。
In the construction of sewage facilities construction project in Yibin City,Sichuan Province,an adjustable supporting plate trolley with integral mobile pipeline is used.The trolley can be moved and reused as a whole,avoiding repeated disassembly and handling,greatly improving the construction efficiency,ensuring the construction safety and quality,and using the electrical system to adjust the width and height of the supporting plate,which has strong adaptability and remarkable comprehensive benefits.The principle,construction scheme design and economic benefits of this method are studied and explained in detail.
