摘要
目前,我国已经广泛开展了地下综合管廊工程的施工建设,存在着各式各样不同的施工方法。文章针对太原市晋源东区纬三段综合管廊工程,首先介绍其结构概况,并对模板台车的装配与使用进行论述,具体从模板台车组装到模板拆除及养护等施工流程要点进行模板台车施工技术分析,且与采用竹胶板和全屋支撑的方法进行经济效益对比,以期使城市地下管廊工程施工进度得到明显改善,同时确保整体施工的质量。
At present, China has widely carried out the construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery projects, and there are various construction methods. Aiming at the Weisan section comprehensive pipe gallery project in East Jinyuan District of Taiyuan City, this paper first introduces its structural overview, and discusses the assembly and use of the formwork trolley. The construction technology of the formwork trolley is analyzed from the construction procedures such as the assembly of the formwork trolley to the removal and maintenance of the formwork, and its economic benefits are compared with that of the method of using bamboo plywood and full house support, in order to make the construction progress of the urban underground pipe gallery project significantly improved, and ensure the quality of the overall construction.
