摘要
探讨前牙缺失粘接修复中自凝Charisma PPF复合树脂的使用。依据修复材料分为自凝Charisma PPF复合树脂修复治疗组(复合树脂组)、结扎丝牙周夹板固定治疗组(牙周夹板组)2组,各50例(50颗牙),分析2组的牙齿松动情况、粘接效果、牙髓刺激症状、满意度、复查结果。结果表明:修复后复合树脂组患者的PD、PLI、AL均低于牙周夹板组(P<0.05),牙齿松动率2.00%低于牙周夹板组18.00%(P<0.05),粘接无脱落比例高于牙周夹板组,部分脱落比例低于牙周夹板组(P<0.05);牙髓刺激症状0度比例高于牙周夹板组,3度比例低于牙周夹板组(P<0.05)。复合树脂组患者的牙髓反应满意度高于牙周夹板组(P<0.05),密合度满意度高于牙周夹板组(P<0.05),磨耗满意度高于牙周夹板组(P<0.05),形态满意度高于牙周夹板组(P<0.05);修复体完好率高于牙周夹板组(P<0.05),表面磨损率低于牙周夹板组(P<0.05)。前牙病缺失修复中自凝Charisma PPF复合树脂的使用效果优于牙周夹板固定治疗。
To investigate the use of self-coagulation PPF composite resin in anterior periodontal disease,100 patients(100 teeth)with anterior periodontal disease loss in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to restoration materials:self-coagulation PPF composite resin repair treatment group(composite resin group)and ligation wire periodontal splint fixation treatment group(periodontal splint group),with 50 teeth in each group.The results of periodontal examination,tooth loosening,adhesive effect,pulp stimulation symptoms,satisfaction and review results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.After repair,PD,PLI and AL in composite resin group were lower than those in periodontal splint group(P<0.05).The tooth loosening rate in composite resin group was 2.00%lower than that in periodontal splint group 18.00%(P<0.05).The proportion of adhesion without shedding in composite resin group was higher than that in periodontal splint group,and the proportion of partial shedding was lower than that in periodontal splint group(P<0.05).The ratio of 0 degree of pulp stimulation in composite resin group was higher than that in periodontal splint group,and the ratio of 3 degree was lower than that in periodontal splint group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of pulp reaction in composite resin group was higher than that in periodontal splint group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of fit degree was higher than that in periodontal splint group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of wear was higher than that in periodontal splint group(P<0.05).Morphological satisfaction was higher than that in periodontal splint group(P<0.05).The repair integrity rate in composite resin group was higher than that in periodontal splint group(P<0.05),and the surface wear rate was lower than that in periodontal splint group(P<0.05).The effect of self-coagulation PPF composite resin was better than ligation wire periodontal splint in anterior periodontal disease.
