摘要
目的 探究外伤脱位再植前牙进行光固化树脂钢丝固定法治疗的应用效果。方法 选取2021年11月至2023年11月清远市清新区人民医院收治的41例外伤脱位再植前牙患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)与观察组(21例)。对照组采用不锈钢丝结扎固定,观察组采用光固化树脂钢丝固定方法。比较两组治疗总有效率、牙周情况、并发症总发生率、口腔美学满意度。结果 两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后菌斑指数、出血指数、探诊深度及附着水平均低于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对美观效果、色泽效果、外形效果、面容改善、自信心增强的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 光固化树脂钢丝固定法在外伤脱位再植前牙的治疗中获得满意和安全的疗效,促进美观度和口腔功能改善,不易发生并发症。
Objective To explore the application effect of ultraviolet-cured resin steel wire fixation method in the replantation of anterior teeth with traumatic dislocation.Methods A total of 41 patients with reimplanted anterior teeth with traumatic dislocation admitted to the Qingyuan Qingxin District People's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the control group(20 cases)and the observation group(21 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was fixed by ligation with stainless steel wire ligation,while the observation group was fixed by ultraviolet-cured resin steel wire fixation method.The total effective rate of treatment,periodontal conditions,total incidence of complications and satisfaction with oral aesthetics were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the plaque index,bleeding index,probing depth and adhesion level in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the aesthetic effect,color effect,shape effect,facial improvement and enhanced self-confidence were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultraviolet-cured resin steel wire fixation method achieves satisfactory and safe therapeutic effects in the treatment of anterior teeth reimplanted due to trauma dislocation,promotes the improvement of aesthetic appearance and oral function,and is less prone to complications.
