摘要
基于“石氏伤科”百余年临床经验和科学研究成果,结合其他流派手法研究认识,探讨并阐述颈椎手法的临床最佳适应证,以及手法操作的绝对禁忌证和相对禁忌证,从而提高颈椎手法治疗的有效性和安全性,为颈椎病的中医特色防治提供理论和技术支撑。
In order to improve the effectiveness and safety of cervical spine manipulation,and provide theoretical and technical support for the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,the best clinical indications for cervical spine manipulation,as well as the absolute and relative contraindications to manipulation are discussed and elaborated in this article based on over 100years of clinical experience and scientific research of“Shi’s Traumatology”,together with the research and understanding on manipulation in other schools.
