摘要
强直性脊柱炎(AS)严重影响患者生活质量,西医治疗存在一定局限性,中医“筋骨理论”为其治疗提供新方向。该文系统探讨该理论与AS的关联,阐述AS的中医病因病机。筋骨理论强调筋与骨相互依存,失衡可引发病理状态,理筋疗法据此通过多种手法恢复筋骨平衡。其治疗AS的中医原理包括疏通经络气血、调和脏腑阴阳、濡养全身筋脉;作用原理涵盖调整筋肉状态、引导骨骼复位;临床作用体现为缓解疼痛、改善关节活动度、促进筋骨修复。基于此理论的理筋疗法为AS治疗提供新途径,体现中医整体观念与辨证论治,可有效提高临床疗效、减少复发,为中医治疗AS提供理论与实践指导。
Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)seriously affects the quality of life of patients,and the treatment of Western medicine has limitations.The traditional Chinese medicine"tendon-bone theory"provides a new direction for its treatment.This article deeply explores the association between this theory and AS and elaborates on the traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis of AS.The tendon-bone theory emphasizes the interdependence of tendons and bones,and an imbalance can lead to pathological conditions.Based on this,the tendon-regulating therapy restores the balance of tendons and bones through a variety of manipulation techniques.The traditional Chinese medicine principles of its treatment of AS include dredging the meridians and qi-blood,regulating the yin-yang of the zang-fu organs,and nourishing the tendons and veins of the whole body;the action principles cover adjusting the state of the tendons and muscles and guiding the reduction of bones;the clinical effects are manifested as relieving pain,improving joint range of motion,and promoting the repair of tendons and bones.The tendon-regulating therapy based on this theory provides a new approach for the treatment of AS,reflects the holistic concept and syndrome diferentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,is expected to improve the treatment effect and reduce recurrence,and provides theoretical and practical guidance for the treatment of AS in traditional Chinese medicine.
