塑壳断路器操作机构第二奇异位形偏移特性

Research on Offset Properties of the Second Singular Configuration of Molded Case Circuit Breaker Operating Mechanism

摘要 塑壳断路器操作机构为含弹簧柔性杆的连杆机构,其运动学与动力学耦合特性导致机构设计极为困难。其合闸运动经历两次主弹簧与不同构件共线的特殊位置:第一奇异位形和第二奇异位形;以两个奇异位形为边界条件,研究操作机构的变拓扑结构、变运动状态特性。以第一奇异位形瞬态动力学分析得到通过第二奇异位形的必要条件:手动操作力对操作手柄的力矩大于第一奇异位形处弹簧力的力矩;经过动力学分析,操作机构第二奇异位形偏移特性与弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力有关。通过ADAMS仿真,发现弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力越大,操作手柄在机构第二奇异位形处的角位移越小,操作机构第二奇异位形位置将超前;实物样机合闸实验说明塑壳断路器操作机构达到了设计要求。第二奇异位形偏移现象及偏移特性的发现与揭示,为塑壳断路器操作机构设计及性能优化提供重要理论依据和实用价值。 The operating mechanism of a molded case circuit breaker(MCCB)is the flexible linkage mechanism with a spring.Due to the coupling between the kinematics and dynamics,the design of the operating mechanism is dfficult.Its closing motion experiences two special positions where the main spring is collinear with a component:the first singular configuration and the second singular configuration.Taking two singular configurations as boundary conditions,the characteristics of variable topology and variable motion state of the operating mechanism are studied.Based on the transient dynamic analysis of the first singular configuration,the necessary conditions for passing through the second singular configuration are obtained:the torque of the manual operating force on the operating handle must be greater than that of the spring force at the first singular configuration.Through analysis of the dynamics,the second singular configuration ffset characteristic of the operating mechanism is found to be affected by the spring stffness and spring preload.It is found through ADAMS simulation that with increasing spring stiffness and preload,the angular displacement of the operating handle at the second singularity of the mechanism decreases,and the position of the second singularity of the operating mechanism is advanced.The closing experiment of the physical prototype shows that the operating mechanism of the MCCB meets the design requirements.It provides important theoretical and practical values to the design of operating mechanism of MCCB.
