摘要
操作机构的动态特性是决定低压塑壳断路器分断性能的重要因素。采用多体动力学方法仿真塑壳断路器机构的分断过程,并用实验加以验证。在此基础上,仿真分析了各种结构参数对断路器操作机构分断速度的影响,包括分断弹簧、各连杆的转轴位置等。
The interrupting performance of molded case circuit breaker mostly depends on dynamics of operating mechanism, the interrupting process of operating mechanism using multi-body dynamics method to be verified by the experiments was stimulated. Based on that, the effect of different factors including spring stiffness and axis position of links to the operating velocity of mechanism was analyzed.
