摘要
基于UGSNX和ADAMS对某型塑料外壳式断路器进行了机构运动仿真。通过研究操作机构动作时间对断路器短路通断能力的影响和更改跳扣提高机构动作速度的依据,修改其中的关键部件跳扣的尺寸来减少机构动作时间,并增大手柄弹簧力提高机构动作速度。试验数据表明了该仿真结果的有效性,有助于操作机构的优化设计。
Dynamic simulation of mechanism was carried out on certain type of moulded case circuit breaker based on UGS NX and ADAMS. By studying the influence of operating time of mechanism on short-circuit makingbreaking ability of circtuit breakers and by changing the buckle to increase the operating velocity, the buckle size was modified to reduce the operating time and the handle spring force was increased to improve the operating velocity. The test data indicate the effectiveness of this simulation, which is useful for optimization design of operation mechanism.
