摘要
针对户外便携密闭机箱空间有限、热流密度临界、使用环境严苛等问题,以热设计为主、结构设计为辅,详细阐述了某户外便携密闭机箱的结构与热设计全过程。首先,经过理论计算和仿真分析,验证了自然散热方式无法满足要求,然后采用强迫风冷散热方式分别对4种设计方案开展仿真分析,并对仿真结果进行比较分析。最后,选择发热器件最大温升值(17.8℃)最低的方案2作为工程实际设计方案,并成功应用。
Aiming at the problems of limited space,critical heat flux and harsh use environment of an outdoor portable closed case,this paper focuses on the thermal design and takes the structural design as the supplement,expounds the whole process of structure and thermal design of an outdoor portable closed case in detail.Firstly,through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,it is verified that the natural heat dissipation method can not meet the requirements,and secondly,the forced air-cooled heat dissipation mode is used to simulate and analyze the four design schemes respectively,then the simulation results are compared and analyzed.Finally,the scheme 2 with minimum maximum temperature rise(17.8℃)of the heating device is selected as the actual engineering design scheme,and has been successfully applied.
