摘要
结合面的存在不仅影响机床的静态特性和动态特性,而且对机床的热态特性也有较大的关联。从试验研究的角度出发,对机床结构中常用结合面的接触热阻特性进行了研究,得出了在不同配对材料、不同表面加工质量、不同介质等条件下压力与接触热阻的关系,并对其它几个相关问题进行了讨论。
Existence of joints can affect static and dynamic characteristic of machine tool and it has great effect on thermal characteristic also. On the basis of experimental research, thermal contact resistance of joints that was normal used on machine tool is studied. Relationship between pressure and thermal contact resistance is gained when the material mates, surface manufacturing quality and medium are varied. And also, some related questions are discussed and basic data are accumulated to study applied technology of joints’ thermal contact resistance.
