摘要
教育数据使用是全面挖掘教育数据资源潜能和发挥教育数据价值的重要体现。美国基于顶层设计、技术支持、资金投入、人员建设、专业助力等手段形成了教育数据运用支持体系,实现了教育数据驱动学业质量诊断、教育资源配置、学生行为预警、教学模式革新。但教育数据质量问题削弱教育数据资源认可,数据申请繁杂流程限制教育数据资源获得,数据使用技能欠缺影响教育数据使用效度,数据至上理念造成数据主义教育样态等系列争议性问题成为美国教育数据使用过程中的严重阻碍。反思美国教育数据使用经验,我国既需警惕教育数据使用迷思,也需主动适应数据驱动教育发展的时代趋势,切实推进数据驱动教育决策科学化、学校管理精准化、教学服务定制化。
The use of education data is an important expression of giving full play to the potential value of education data resources.The United States has formed a supporting system for the use of education data by strengthening top-level design,providing technical support,investing sufficient funds,improving educators'capacity and holding academic conference.The United States has realized data-driven academic quality diagnosis,education resource allocation,student behavior warning and teaching mode innovation.Reflecting on the experience of education data use in the United States,it can find that there are a series of controversial issues,including the quality of data weakening the recognition of education data resources,the complicated process of data application restricting the access to education data resources,the lack of data use skills affecting the validity of education data use,and the concept of data first leading to the education data centrism.Reflecting on the experience of the use of education data in the United States,China needs to be wary of the myth of the use of educational data,but also take the initiative to adapt to the trend of datadriven education practice,and promote the implementation of data-driven education practices effectively,so as to achieve data-driven education decision-making scientifically,school management accurately and teaching individually.
