摘要
目的制订并应用基于桌面推演的医院船应急救援演训方案,以期提高医院船医疗队的综合能力。方法通过文献回顾和专家咨询形成推演整体方案,以真实救援战例为原型形成贯穿桌面推演的教学案例和伤员库。在某医院船医疗队队员中开展教学,采用量化和质性研究相结合的方法进行教学评价。结果学员对整体教学满意度较高(得分>4分)。质性研究结果获取4个主题,分别是新颖教学形式,增加学习兴趣;多维度思考,加深学习印象;模拟实案化,增加推演沉浸感;强调整体观,熟悉救护流程。结论研究构建了一套基于真实应急救援战例,适用于医院船医疗队员的桌面推演训练方案,并在实际教学中取得较好的教学效果和评价。
Objective To develop a emergency rescue training program for hospital ship based on tabletop deduction,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of medical team on hospital ship.Methods The literature review and expert consultation were adopted to formulate the overall plan.Taking the real combat rescue as a prototype to form teaching cases and wounded data bank throughout the tabletop deduction.Teaching was carried out in medical team on the hospital ship,and the method of quantitative combining qualitative research was used for teaching evaluation.Results Students were highly satisfied with the overall teaching(score>4).The qualitative research results obtained 4 themes:Novel teaching forms and increasing learning interest;multi-dimensional thinking to deepen learning impression;simulating the acteal acombat and increasing the sense of immersion in deduction;emphasize the holistic view and be familiar with the rescue process.Conclusion This study constructs a tabletop deduction training plan based on real rescue cases,which is suitable for medical team on hospital ship,and has achieved good teaching effect and evaluation in practical teaching.
