摘要
随着经济的发展和科技的进步,空中急救开始引起了社会关注,并成为许多发达国家医疗服务的重要组成部分。空中急救具有反应迅速,覆盖范围广,运行速度快,时效性强等特点,在大型突发事件中所起到的作用大于普通的地面救援。我国空中急救起步较晚,但近年来在国家政策的大力支持下得到了迅速的发展。本文对我国空中急救的发展历程和现状进行了总结,分析空中急救的基础设施,救援队伍和急救体系中存在的问题,并提出空中急救发展的相关建议。
With rapid economic and technological advancement,air medical emergency has aroused wide social attention and become an important component of medical service in many developed countries.Featuring rapid response,wide coverage,fast operation,and strong timeliness,air first aid plays a greater role in major emergencies than ordinary ground rescue.Being a late starter in air first aid,China has seen rapid development over the recent years under the strong support of national policies.This paper summarizes the history and status quo of air first aid in China,analyzes the existed problems in the infrastructure,rescue team and emergency system,and puts forward relevant suggestions for future development.
