摘要
针对某型钢轨打磨车分动箱联轴器频繁失效问题,进行了实物失效分析、公式计算、ANSYS模态分析、谐响应分析,确定联轴器的失效原因是发动机在正常运转时产生的激振频率与轴的一阶横向固有频率接近,从而导致轴发生共振。提出一种改进设计方案,并运用ANSYS模态分析评估改进方案的有效性。
In view of the frequent failure of the transfer case coupling of a certain type of rail grinding car,comprehensive failure physical analysis,formula calculation,ANSYS modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out,the failure reason of the coupling is determined as follows:the excitation frequency is close to the first-order transverse natural frequency of the shaft,and the shaft resonates.Then an improved design scheme is proposed,and ANSYS modal analysis is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the improved scheme.
