摘要
根据材料力学圆轴扭转理论,推导出了空心圆轴的机械强度计算公式;通过引入空心圆轴内、外径比例因子,将空心与实心圆轴的扭转机械强度计算公式进行了统一,并得出了可用于实际工程的计算参数。通过一个计算实例,分别用理论推导的计算公式和ANSYS进行计算,2种方法得出的结果吻合度高,验证了所推导公式的正确性。
The calculation formulation of mechanical strength of hollow circular shaft has been derived according to the theory of shaft torsion from material mechanics. The unified mechanical strength calculation formulation of hollow circular shaft and solid shaft was given through the scaling factor, which was the inner radius to outer radius of hollow circular shaft, and the calculation parameters which can be used in actual engineering was given. At last, a calculation example was presented, the results from theoretical formula inosculated with the results from ANSYS, the correction of the calculation formulation of mechanical strength of hollow circular shaft was verified.
