摘要
对山东省泰安市肥城市潮泉镇的核桃园进行了考察,分析了核桃树主要树型,测量了核桃树的主要几何尺寸,建立了核桃树的三维实体模型并对其进行了模态分析与谐响应分析。研究表明:夹持高度相同时,激振力与核桃树的振动幅度成正比关系;激振力相同时,夹持高度与核桃树的振动幅度成正比关系;激振频率为28 Hz、夹持高度350~450 mm、激振力在2500~4000 N时,能够实现分批采摘的目的。核桃树振动特性的研究为核桃振动采摘机的设计提供了理论基础。
The walnut orchard in Chaoquan Town,Feicheng City,Tai an City,Shandong Province,was investigated,the main tree types of walnut trees were analyzed,the main geometric dimensions of walnut trees were measured,the three-dimensional solid model of walnut trees was establisher,and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were carried out.The result show that the excitation force is proportional to the vibration amplitude of walnut tree with the same clamping height.When the excitation force is the same,the clamping height is proportional to the vibration amplitude of walnut tree.When the excitation frequency is 28 Hz,the clamping height is 350~450 mm,and the excitation force is 2500~4000 N,the purpose of batch picking can be realized.The research on the vibration characteristics of walnut tree provides a theoretical basis for the design of walnut vibration picking machine.
