摘要
在新工科背景下,为实现以产出为导向的教学理念,探讨了混合式教学模式用于《食品化学》课程,线上线下教学始终贯穿在课前、课中、课后三个环节中,并对课程考核方式加强了过程性评价,通过教学实践,结果表明,混合式教学显著提高了《食品化学》的教学效果,对其他课程也有较好借鉴意义。
Under the background of new engineering,in order to realize the output-oriented teaching concept,this paper discusses the application of mixed teaching mode in the course of Food Chemistry.Online and offline teaching always runs through the three links before,during and after class,and the course assessment method is strengthened.Through teaching practice,the results show that the mixed teaching mode has significantly improved the teaching effect of Food Chemistry.It can also be used for reference for other courses.
