摘要
《食品化学》课程是全国各大高校本科食品专业中一门重要的专业基础课程,本文在传统的讲授式、讨论式、试验科研式、翻转课堂等教学模式的基础上,阐述《食品化学》课程仿真模拟教学发展背景与目的,进一步探讨《食品化学》课程仿真模拟教学模式和方法,为《食品化学》课程的仿真创新教学方法提供基础,同时,对提高学生对课程知识的掌握具有重要的意义。
Food Chemistry is an important basic course for undergraduates majoring in Food Science in universities all over the country.On the basis of traditional teaching modes such as lecture,discussion,experimental and scientific research,and flipping classroom,This paper expounds the background and purpose of the development of simulation teaching mode of Food Chemistry course,and further explores the teaching mode and method of simulation teaching of Food Chemistry course.This paper will provide a basis for the innovative teaching method of simulation of Food Chemistry course.It is of great significance to improve students'mastery of curriculumknowledge.
