摘要
为满足消费者对食品色、香、味等品质要求,食品添加剂被广泛应用于食品生产中。食品添加剂具有十分突出的使用功效,能够提升食品的口感,改善食品的色泽。但如果食品添加剂的生产工艺控制不过关,没有认真落实相关卫生规范及管理条例,将难以保证食品添加剂的生产质量,威胁到消费者的身体健康。面对这种情况,需规范开展现场核查工作,及时发现与解决食品添加剂生产中存在的问题,切实保证食品添加剂的生产质量。
Food additives are widely used in food production to meet the quality requirements of consumers for food color,aroma,taste,etc.Food additives have a very prominent use effect,which can improve the taste of food and improve the color of food.However,if the production process control of food additives is not up to standard,and the relevant hygiene standards and management regulations are not carefully implemented,it will be difficult to ensure the production quality of food additives and threaten the health of consumers.In the face of this situation,it is necessary to standardize the on-site inspection,timely find and solve the problems in the production of food additives,and effectively ensure the production quality of food additives.
