摘要 食品安全快速检测技术操作简便、检测耗时少且灵敏度高,可覆盖食品生产、加工、消费等全过程快速检测,做到问题早发现、早处理,在食品安全监管上发挥了重要作用。本文以深圳市为例,综述了其在食品安全快速检测工作及标准体系建立方面的创新应用,以期为我国构建完善的食品安全快速检测标准体系提供经验。 The food safety rapid detection technology is easy to operate,cost less time and has high sensitivity.It can supervise the whole process of food production,processing and consumption,so that problems can be detected and dealt with early.It has played an important role in food safety supervision.Taking Shenzhen as an example,this study summarizes the innovative application of rapid food safety detection work and it’s standard system establishment,aim to provide Shenzhen experience to build a complete food safety rapid detection standard system in China.
