摘要
目的系统评价加减过敏煎治疗哮喘的有效性。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science以及中国知网(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普)在2021年4月15日之前发表的加减过敏煎治疗哮喘的随机对照试验(RCT),并根据Cochrane协作网风险评估手册对获得的文献进行严格的筛选和质量评价。采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。主要结局指标:治疗前后的总有效率;次要结局指标:肺功能中的呼气峰流速(PEF),第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)水平,痊愈人数。结果共纳入12项RCTs,共计897例,其中试验组469例,对照组428例。Meta分析显示加减过敏煎或加减过敏煎联合西医治疗(试验组)与西医治疗(对照组)相比,治疗前后的总有效率[OR:4.38,95%CI(2.80,6.85),P<0.00001]、PEF值[SMD=1.03,95%CI(0.80,1.26),P<0.00001]、FEV1值[MD=0.24,95%CI(0.19,0.30),P<0.00001]、痊愈人数[OR:3.15,95%CI(1.78,5.55),P<0.0001]方面,试验组均优于对照组。结论与单纯西医治疗相比,加减过敏煎或加减过敏煎联合西医治疗哮喘有更好的临床疗效。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Guominjian(加减过敏煎)in the treatment of asthma.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP and Cochrane Library were searched by computer,randomized controlled trials(RCTs)to find Modified Guominjian in the treatment of asthma.The retrieval time was from the date of establishing the database to April 15,2021.We managed the data analysis with RevMan 5.4 software.Main outcome measure:the total effective rate.Secondary outcome measures:PEF,FEV1 and number of healings.Results A total of 12 RCTs were included,including 897 patients,including 469 patients in the treatment group and 428 patients in the control group.Meta analysis results:Modified Guominjian combined with Western medicine with the control group using simple Western medicine compared,the total effective rate[OR:4.38,95%CI(2.80,6.85),P<0.00001],PEF[SMD=1.03,95%CI(0.80,1.26),P<0.00001],FEV1[MD=0.24,95%CI(0.19,0.30),P<0.00001]and number of healings[OR:3.15,95%CI(1.78,5.55),P<0.0001],the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Compared with the simple Western medicine,Modified Guominjian combined with Western medicine has better clinical effect in the treatment of asthma patients.
