就豆乳生产中原料进货、贮存、产品生产和出场合格检验、产区卫生、员工培训等方面进行了危害分析 ,对豆乳生产中常见质量问题的主要原因 。
Aiming at the key reference points in soy milk production process, analyzes the reasons of ordinary quality problems in soy milk production causd by raw material stocking, reserving, production, checking out, product section sanitation, and employee teaching, and puts forward the relevant defence and control measures.
