摘要
新乡航空工业(集团)有限公司为轨道交通制动系统而配套的减压阀在常温环境下的密封性能满足主机要求,但其在-50℃环境中泄漏量超标。经分析后发现,现有的减压阀活门为分体式结构,装配后活门上下同轴度较差,实际计量为Φ0.18,从而影响减压阀密封部位的位置精度,活门密封面受力不均匀最终导致泄漏的发生。为了解决该问题,将活门结构改为一体式结构,改进后的同轴度达到Φ0.02,同时活门密封结构由密封座密封改为壳体上加工密封罩,对改进后的减压阀的复位弹簧力及出口压力进行分析计算,利用AMEsim软件来建立减压阀的仿真模型,并利用该模型对减压阀的充气特性进行分析,最后对减压阀进行性能试验测试,试验结果表明:优化后的减压阀能满足低温-50℃环境中的密封要求,同时其压力特性和流量特性均满足要求。
Xinxiang Aviation Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.for rail transit braking system and supporting the pressure reducing valve in the normal temperature environment sealing performance to meet the requirements of the host,but its leakage in-50℃ environment exceeded.After analysis,it is found that the existing pressure reducing valve has a split structure,and the concentricity of the valve is poor after assembly.The actual measurement isΦ0.18,which affects the position accuracy of the sealing part of the pressure reducing valve,and the uneven force on the valve sealing surface eventually leads to leakage.In order to solve this problem,the valve structure is changed to an integrated structure,and the improved coaxiality reachesΦ0.02.At the same time,the valve sealing structure is changed from the sealing seat sealing to the processing sealing cover on the shell.The reset spring force and outlet pressure of the improved pressure reducing valve are analyzed and calculated.The AMEsim software is used to establish the simulation model of the pressure reducing valve,and the model is used to analyze the charging characteristics of the pressure reducing valve.Finally,the performance test of the pressure reducing valve is carried out.The test results show that the optimized pressure reducing valve can meet the sealing requirements in the low temperature-50℃ environment,and its pressure characteristics and flow characteristics meet the requirements.
