摘要
根据使用要求和低温阀的相关设计标准,研制了一台"DN15-CV5"型液氦温区低温气动调节阀,并开展了系统的实验研究,得到了一系列与不同阀门开度及压差条件对应的Cv值和漏热量,基于拉依达准则(3σ准则)等方法对实验结果进行了不确定度分析。结果表明,研制的低温气动调节阀具有精准的流量调节特性和良好的绝热性能,能够满足液氦温区低温工程的使用要求。
A specified ’DN15-CV5’ cryogenic control valve was designed based on the practical operating conditions and the design standards. Systematic testing experiments with different valve opening rates and pressure differences were carried out for measuring the flow coefficient and heat leakage of the pneumatic control valve. Furthermore, detailed uncertainty analysis was employed to clarify the significant influence of various conditions based on Pauta criterion(3σ principles) et al. It was shown that the valve has accurate flow coefficient and good heat insulation which can meet the requirements of liquid helium temperature applications.
