车载储氢系统用高压氢气减压阀结构设计及减压稳定性研究

摘要 氢气减压阀作为车载储氢系统的核心零部件之一,其主要作用是将储氢瓶中的高压氢气减压至燃料电池电堆所需的工作压力。氢气减压阀的密封性能和减压稳定性能直接关系到氢燃料电池汽车的安全、稳定运行。本文从结构设计、材料选用和仿真分析三方面入手,设计了一种车载储氢系统用70 MPa高压氢气减压阀。通过对减压阀密封结构与减压稳压结构的设计分析、阀体与阀内件金属材料及密封材料的设计选用、基于AEMsim的阀后减压稳定性仿真分析,最终完成了对高压氢气减压阀的可靠密封和稳定减压的设计。本文的设计内容为高压氢气减压阀的研发提供了技术参考。 As one of the core components of the vehicle-mounted hydrogen storage system,the main function of the hydrogen pressure reducing valve is to reduce the high-pressure hydrogen in the hydrogen storage bottle to the working pressure required by the fuel cell reactor.The sealing performance and decompression stability of hydrogen pressure reducing valve are directly related to the safe and stable operation of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.In this paper,a 70 MPa high pressure hydrogen pressure reducing valve for vehicle hydrogen storage system is designed from three aspects:structural design,material selection and simulation analysis.Through the design and analysis of the sealing structure of the pressure reducing valve and the pressure reducing and stabilizing structure,the design and selection of the metal materials and sealing materials of the valve body and valve internals,and the simulation analysis of the pressure reducing stability after the valve based on AEMsim,the reliable sealing and stable pressure reducing of the high pressure hydrogen pressure reducing valve are finally completed.The design content of this paper provides a technical reference for the development of high-pressure hydrogen pressure reducing valve.
