摘要
将第一ATG规则用于需氧恶性杆菌(A.pernix)和海栖热袍菌(T.maritima)两类细菌基因组中,用已知的ORF(包含已知基因编码区)进行检验,其结果对以ATG起始的ORF序列,正确率分别为100%,89.9%;并对两种细菌基因组中L-Ter到第一ATG之间的距离作了相应的统计分析,结果表明:非ATG起始的ORF中,L-Ter到第一ATG之间的平均距离是以ATG起始的4至5倍,很可能是非ATG起始的ORF的一个重要序列特征;分析了两种细菌终止密码子在L-Ter和Ter中的使用频率,发现在Ter中终止密码子使用的偏置程度比在L-Ter中大.
The First ATG rule is used to check the known ORFs′(including coding sequences)start codon of A. Pernix and T. maritime genomes.The results show that:for ATG started ORFs,the exact rate of the First ATG rule is 100% for A. Pernix and 89.9% for T. maritime.The average distances from LTer to Start codon and from LTer to the First ATG are calculated. The distance between LTer and start codon is about 17 a.a and the distance between Lter and the First ATG for nonATG started ORFs is 4~5 times the distance of ATG started ORFs′ for A. Pernix and T. maritime bacterium.This may be an important sequence character for nonATG started ORFs. Having analyzed the frequency of terminal codons on LTer and Ter of known ORFs′, we find the bias of codon usage in Ter is larger than that in LTer.
