摘要
对未感染中国对虾 ,实验感染暴发性流行病病原体后 3h ,12h ,2 4h和 36h及 96h和 136h ,进行了系统的免疫组织化学研究 .结果显示感染病虾的多种组织细胞呈阳性反应 ,说明暴发性流行病病原体具有广泛的宿主靶细胞 ,其中最易感的靶细胞是鳃、胃、后肠中具有合成和分泌几丁质功能的细胞 .对于暴发性流行病病原体侵入虾机体的途径、使对虾致病和死亡的原因进行了探讨 .
A series of immune histochemistry studies on WTBXPenaeus chinensisWTBZ of noninfection,and infection by the explosive epidemic disease virus in 3,12,24,36,96 and 136 hours were carried out.Immunoreactive cells were observed in majority tissues of infected prawn.It appears there are many target cells of the explosive epidemic disease virus.Of these target cells,there are the most sensitive cells of synthesizing and excreting chitin in gill,stomach and hindgut.Infection approach of the virus and cause of suffered and died prawn were discussed.
