摘要
用组织病理学方法检测了深圳市及其临近地区养殖对虾携带病毒的情况。检查１１８尾外观正常的养殖对虾，包括斑节对虾（Ｐｅｎａｅｕｓｍｏｎｏｄｏｎ）、长毛对虾（Ｐ．ｐｅｎｉｃｉｌｌａｔｕｓ）、近缘新对虾（Ｍｅｔａｐｅｎａｅｕｓａｆｆｉｎｉｓ）和刀额新对虾（Ｍ．ｅｎｓｉｓ）。检出带有斑节对虾杆状病毒（Ｍｏｎｏｄｏｎｂａｃｕｌｏｖｉｒｕｓ，ＭＢＶ）包涵体的个体２０尾，约占１７％；带有对虾肝胰腺类细小病毒（Ｈｅｐａｔｏｐａｎｃｒｅａｓｐａｒｖｏ－ｌｉｋｅｖｉｒｕｓ，ＨＰＶ）包涵体的个体４尾，约占３．３％。
A survey on status of virus carried by shrimps reared in Shen Zhen city and its contiguous regions was conducted with histopathologic method. Among 118 shrimps with normal appearance, including Penaeus monodon, P. penicillatus, Metapenaeus affinis and M.ensis, the Monodon baculovirus(MBV) inclusion was found in 20 shrimps, accounting for 17% i the Hepatopancreas parvo-like virus(HPV) inclusion ws found in 4 shrimps,accounting for 3. 3 %.
