摘要
目的了解江西省市场销售鲜/活淡水鱼、虾中喹诺酮类药物残留量的情况。方法从江西省各地市农贸市场、超市采集鲜/活淡水鱼、虾各32份。采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定样品中喹诺酮类药物含量。结果氧氟沙星在淡水鱼中检出,残留量为未检出~57.2μg/kg;恩诺沙星在淡水鱼中检出,残留量为11.1μg/kg~451.0μg/kg;恩诺沙星在小龙虾中检出,残留量为12.8μg/kg~124.0μg/kg。黑鱼的氧氟沙星残留量为57.2μg/kg;鲈鱼的恩诺沙星残留量为451.0μg/kg;小龙虾的恩诺沙星残留量为124.0μg/kg(氧氟沙星国家限值禁止使用、恩诺沙星国家限值≤100μg/kg)。结论江西省鲜/活淡水鱼、虾存在氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星污染情况,建议加强对其养殖、消费环节的监督管理。
Objective To understand the quinolone residues in fresh/live freshwater fish and shrimps sold in the market in Jiangxi Province.Methods Each 32 samples of fresh/live freshwater fish and shrimps were collected from various agricultural markets and supermarkets in Jiangxi Province.The contents of quinolone residues were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Results Ofloxacin was detected in freshwater fish with residual amounts ranging from 0μg/kg to57.2μg/kg;Enrofloxacin was detected in freshwater fish,with residual amounts ranging from 11.1μg/kg to 451.0μg/kg;Enrofloxacin was detected in crayfish,and the residual amounts ranged from 12.8μg/kg to 124.0μg/kg.The residual amount of ofloxacin in black fish was 57.2μg/kg,the residual amount of enrofloxacin in sea bass was 451.0μg/kg,and the enrofloxacin residue in crayfish was 124.0μg/kg(ofloxacin is prohibited in national limit,enrofloxacin should be≤100μg/kg in national limit).Conclusion The fresh/live freshwater fish and shrimps from Jiangxi Province are polluted with ofloxacin and enrofloxacin.It is recommended to strengthen the supervision and management of their breeding and consumption links.
