摘要
确定了一种检测对虾体内氧氟沙星含量的方法——反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),氧氟沙星在0.26~32.0mg/L质量浓度范围内的线性关系良好(γ=0.9998)。并利用此方法研究了氧氟沙星在南美白对虾体内的分布,结果为氧氟沙星能够分布在对虾的肝胰腺、血淋巴、鳃、肌肉。
The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method is adopted to determine the level of ofloxacin in cultured shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. The distribution of ofloxacin is examined. Results show that ofloxacin has a good linearity at the range of 0.26~32.0 mg/L(γ=0999 8). Ofloxacin is found in such tissues of the shrimp as hepatopancreas, lymphoid, gill and muscle tissue.
