摘要
用1 种第三代喹诺酮类药物进行4种水产动物病原菌,肠型点状气单胞菌、荧光假单胞菌、嗜水气单胞菌、鳗弧菌的药效研究和安全性评价。最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.39,12.5,0.2,0.2 μg/m L,均为高度敏感。依据该种喹诺酮类的药效学、药动学和毒力学特性,设计出新鱼药“鱼虾康-Ⅰ”,其一般预防剂量为0.10~0.15 g/(kg·d),治疗剂量为0.2~0.3g/(kg·d)。防治鱼病的临床结果显示,其保护率96% 以上,治愈率在90% 以上,药效快、抗菌广谱,无明显毒副作用。
Using new quinolones against 4 strains of pathogenic bacterium of fish, the efficacy and safty test of the drug was determined. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) for Aeromonas punctata f. Intresinalis, Preudomonas fluonrescens, Aeromonas hydrophila \%and \%Vibrio anguillarum respectively \%was 0.39, 12.5,0.2,0.2 μg/mL. The results showed that the drug had strongly sensitive and bactericidal action against the pathogenic bacterium. According to the drug′s property of pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and toxicology, the new fish drug‘Yu XiaKang Ⅰ’was designed. Its defence dose was 0.10~0.15 g/(kg·d).Its treatment dose was 0.20~0.30 g/(kg·d). Through the clinical experiment that indicated the rate of protecting of the drug above 96% and the rate of curing of the drug above 90%.
