摘要
葡萄酒产业的发展离不开术语的译介,为了提高葡萄酒术语的翻译效果,对葡萄酒术语翻译现状进行分析,并提出相应的策略:首先对葡萄酒术语分类,然后提出葡萄酒术语的翻译原则与翻译要点,最后提出翻译策略。
The development of wine industry cannot be separated from the translation of terms, and more and more attention has been paid to it. In order to improve the translation effect of wine terms, this paper analyzes the current situation of wine terminology translation and puts forward some corresponding strategies. Firstly, the wine terms are classified. Then the translation principles and main points are proposed. Finally, the translation strategies are put forward.
