摘要
信息管理服务平台是高校信息化建设的基础平台,是推进智慧校园建设和教育信息化建设的重要载体。但因机构设置、部门职责、建设时间、技术方案不同,高校各业务系统之间差异较大,信息孤岛、师生重复填报、往返跑腿的现象普遍存在。在分析总结国内外高校信息管理服务平台建设现状及优秀案例的基础上,提出了适用于中国高校的“一站式”通用信息管理服务平台的建设原则,即:以人为本、整体规划、数据共享、融合创新;并进一步从数据打通、建设模式、流程设计、角色管理、数据安全、敏捷开发、绩效评估等七个方面对“一站式”高校通用信息管理服务平台体系建设提出了具体实施方略,以期为中国高校智慧校园建设和教育信息化建设提供参考。
Information management service platform is the basis of university information construction and an important instrument to promote the construction of smart campus and education informatization.But there are large differences in operating systems in different colleges and universities due to various organization structures,department responsibilities,time of coming into service and technical schemes.It is very common for teachers and students to face information isolation,repeated registration and application online and multiple physical errands when using the platform.Based on the analysis and summary of the current situation and excellent cases of the construction of information management service platform in domestic and foreign universities,this thesis puts forward the construction principles of“one stop”general information management service platform applicable to Chinese colleges and universities,which includes four rules:people-orientation,overall planning,data sharing,integration and innovation.And this thesis puts forward specific implementation strategies in the system construction of“one stop”general information management service platform from seven aspects,including data on-boarding,construction model,process design,role management,data security,agile software development,performance evaluation,so as to provide references for the construction of smart campus and education informatization in Chinese colleges and universities.
