摘要
习近平乡村振兴重要论述是面向全面建成小康社会,开启建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,对实施乡村振兴战略定位、目标、步骤、方法等重大理论和实践问题的系统回答。从战略思维、实施方略、保障基础和动力源泉等方面,领会和把握其核心要义与理论特征,对实施乡村振兴战略具有多视角的理论研究参考和实践借鉴。
Xi Jinping’s important statements on rural revitalization,aiming at building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and starting the new journey of building a modern socialist country,provide systematic answer to major theoretical and practical questions about the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,such as the strategic positioning,objectives,steps,and methods.Understanding and grasping its core essence and theoretical characteristics from the aspects of strategic thinking,implementation strategy,fundamental guarantee and motivation,is much helpful for conducting multi-perspective theoretical research and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
