摘要
本研究为解决高校跨部门业务协同与数据共享问题,提出基于流程引擎与数据共享的高校业务模型。该模型定义了流程实体对象,用于关联业务事项与审批状态;构建以流程组为处理对象的流程引擎,引擎内置流程跟踪与调度模块,驱动业务事项在业务部门间流转,同时建设面向主题的数据集市,以响应业务事项的底层数据需求。以毕业生离校申请事项为例验证模型的可用性,结果显示:在流程引擎驱动下,各审批环节与数据集市中共享数据进行交互,约95%的申请事项自动审批完成,有效提升了各部门业务协同效率。该模型应用于学校云业务平台,平台共发布100余个审批事项,在规范审批流程的同时,也打通了各职能部门间的业务壁垒。
In order to address the problem of insufficient business data sharing and poor trans-department business collaboration at university,the university business service model based on the flow engine and shared data was proposed.The flow objects which was related with the approved application and the approval status were defined,and a flow engine dealing with the flows group was constructed.The engine including flow tracking and flow dispatch was used to drive the circulation of business application.In the meanwhile,the subject-oriented data market catering for data requirement of business application was constructed.Taking the graduation application for example,the availability of the model was verified.Driven by the flow engine,every approval process exchanges the shared data with the data market.The results show that,about 95%of the business applications are approved automatically,which improves the efficiency of trans-departments collaboration.The model was applied to cloud business platform,and more than 100 business applications were published in the platform.The business flow was standardized,and the business barrier among different departments was broken down.
