摘要
为深入研究钢纤维混凝土在隧道工程中的应用技术,结合和榆高速云山隧道斜井的工程案例,在分析其工程特点的基础上,利用室内试验对比分析了钢纤维混凝土和普通混凝土的抗拉强度、抗压强度及早期强度,并利用数值模拟手段对比研究了两种工况下隧道最大主应力及围岩塑性区分布情况。研究成果为钢纤维混凝土在隧道斜井单层衬砌支护方面的应用提供了技术支撑。
To deeply study the application technology of steel fiber concrete in tunneling,combined with the engineering case of the inclined shaft of Yunshan Tunnel in Heyu Expressway,based on the engineering characteristics analysis,this paper uses indoor tests and numerical simulation to compare and analyze the tensile strength,compressive strength,and early strength between the steel fiber concrete and ordinary concrete,and the maximum main stress of the tunnel and the distribution of plastic zone in surrounding rock,respectively.The research results can provide technical support for the application of steel fiber concrete in the single-layer lining support of tunnel inclined shaft.
