摘要
“数字中国”战略的提出标志着我国社会治理进入了新的发展阶段。本文以CNKI中近14年的文献为研究数据,运用Citespace知识图谱分析的方法,对2008年-2021年数字治理研究相关文献发表数量、作者和机构合作关系、高频关键词等进行可视化分析,以期直观地展现数字治理领域的研究热点和发展趋势。结果表明:对于数字治理的研究自2008年以来呈现逐年上升的趋势,其研究热点从数字治理、技术治理转向基层政府、乡村振兴等与社会问题相结合的应用领域,未来研究可以从数字治理如何更好地嵌入社会时事问题、大数据背景下如何保障公众的隐私权出发,进一步推进“数字中国”建设。
The proposal of the“Digital China”strategy marks that Chinese social governance has entered a new stage of development.This study uses the literature in CNKI for nearly 14 years as research data,and uses the CiteSpace knowledge map analysis method to visually analyze the number of publications,the cooperation relationship between authors and institutions,and high-frequency keywords of digital governance research from 2008 to 2021,and intuitively show the research hotspots and development trends in the field of digital governance.The results show that the research on digital governance has been on the rise year by year since 2008.Its research focus has shifted from digital governance and technology governance to the application fields of grassroots government,Rural Revitalization and other social issues.Future research can promote the construction of"Digital China"from how digital governance can be better embedded in social current issues and how to protect the public's privacy rights in the context of big data.
